How do I receive my files after payment?

Once your transaction is complete, you will receive an instant download link via email. You can also access your purchased files anytime through your customer account dashboard.

Are these designs ready for immediate cutting?

Yes, our files are professionally optimized for CNC machines. However, we recommend checking the scale and lead-ins to match your specific material thickness and machine settings.

Can I use these designs for commercial projects?

Our standard license allows you to use the files to create physical products for sale. Redistribution or resale of the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds. If you encounter a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will provide a corrected version immediately.
